We’re glad you found the inside of the condo nice, but we’re sorry the hallways had an unpleasant smell and were not as clean as expected. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with loud stomping from the unit above, especially during nighttime hours. Unfortunately, we do not manage the neighboring unit, which limits our ability to contact those guests directly. The concern has been reported to the HOA for their assistance. Since the odor was not reported during your stay, we weren’t able to investigate it early enough to determine where it was coming from. We did inspect our unit and found no issue inside. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope your next stay is much more peaceful.
