Summary:

Nestled within a delightful resort in the Ozark Mountains, Rocky Shore Tranquility is a scenic family-friendly getaway. It is a serene respite from the humdrum of city life.



The Space:

Launch your boat from the community boat ramp, Make use of the private clubhouse, which has a relaxing seasonal hot tub and a beautiful gazebo, offering panoramic views of the lake. A picnic area with large tables and a charcoal grill is perfect for family meals.



Back inside, the home is decorated with modern, and neutral decor. The living room has a comfy oversized sofa that doubles as a sleeper, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views.



The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 4, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals.



The home accommodates 7 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms, and sofa sleeper.



#Bedroom 1 comes with a King bed, Smart TV, reading nook, and exterior access door. This room also has access to bathroom 1 with shower/tub combo.



#Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Smar TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and soaking tub.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

-The unit is a walk-down Unit with approximately 18 steps

-2 parking spaces available parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Hot Tub is available by the outdoor Pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Communal Boat ramp, overnight boat trailer parking. No electric.

-If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA.

-Portable crib available

-A washer/dryer available for guest use.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

Condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a fun vacation at Table Rock Lake.The resort is being rejuvenated and it is much nicer on the drive in to the condo than in the past few years.We would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.

Beautiful property in a gated community with amazing views of the lake and easy access to walk down along the lake. The property is convenient to many locations in and around Branson but far enough away its peaceful and feels safe. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

Older people should know it is 16 steps up and down to the unit. The master bed is very low to the floor. The couch is very hard. There is very little toiletries provide, so bring your own. If there is anyone in the unit above you, you will hear every footstep.

Great stay!

We were in town for the Missouri State NASP competition. My family comes down to stay with us. This place was awesome, gave us the option for two bedrooms, separate bathrooms. Places for the kids to sleep and our own kitchen and gas grill, which we used several times.

Great stay

Had a amazing time staying with my husband and two small children. Beds were comfortable and I was able to enjoy coffee on the balcony. The only thing that happened was the grill was covered in grease and luckily my husband is a firefighter and handled it well. 10/10 and would stay again.

Lake vacation

We had a great time. Condo with modern decor, very comfortable to hang out at in between activities and comfy beds. Cooked dinner several times and had everything you could need in the kitchen. We liked the close proximity of beautifully Tablerock Lake. Enjoyed the pool and resort amenities as well.

Everything was great, it looks exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is that the extra blankets provided in the closets smelled like b.o. i dont think they have ever been washed but other than that, it was great! Will stay here again but bring our own blankets next time lol

Just wish we were told about the stairs, needed a ground level entrance because of health issues. Will make sure we request no stairs when booking.

A great stay!

This was a great place. The condo had everything we needed from extra blankets and pillows to life jackets. The condo is right on the lake and has a great beach. We were able to go to What's up Dock and rent jet skis and a pontoon boat. It's also really close to Branson, and we were able to head that way and do Silver Dollar City, Titanic, etc. If you are bringing a boat, be sure to talk to the host ahead of time. It can be a little tricky with boat and trailer parking. We would definitely stay again!

The bedrm with ensuite bathroom going into rest of condo is slanted. The floors are slanted. Building is not built right. Had two caterpillar looking bugs in rr other than that it was fine

Perfect and Peaceful Family Condo

This was the prefect place for our first visit to the area. The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It was surprisingly spa-like and relaxing. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The bedrooms were large and spaced apart, giving us privacy from our tween and teen boys. There is an alcove in the second bedroom with a futon and curtains that my tween loved. The pool was great. We were there during a heat wave and spent more time in the condo and at the pool then expected - but we totally enjoyed it! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay of five days. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

The condo was perfect size for our family of 7 and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. My handicapped husband was able to use one of the showers but we had to bring our own seat and grab bars. For future renters: There were no linens for the two extra beds which was an inconvenience. The couch also folds to a bed but no linens there either. Patio has gas grill but not clean. The deck could use a good cleaning and comfortable seating. One patio chair. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The large pool on the property was simply amazing. Warm and very clean.

Very comfy beds!

This place was PERFECT for our family. Very cozy, comfy beds and house. Deck overlooks table rock. No need to get a boat slip or pay extra trailer parking for your boat. Everything included and on-site. Onsite boat ramp and boat/trailer parking with use of the parking tag and trailer lot above homes parking. Super covenient. We spent 3 days on the lake and boated to Indian point floating restarant for best breakfast in the Ozarks! The place does lack a few items, so like they say on the description-show up and take inventory if what you need for longer stays. Walmart is just down the road. Some plastic zip baggies were what I was missing and some bathroom hand soap. Also the Nespresso machine made delicious foamed coffee, but I ran out of pods for it. Only 3 were provided and we stayed 9 days. Ill say again that the beds were VERY comfy...more comfy than my bed at home! The boys had to sleep on the couch though which is barely a couch. There's only two king beds and your children are smaller and can sleep anywhere then they could bunk up on the small couch which does flatten into a bed if you lift the back up all the way til it clicks. Also a small love seat futon and sitting futon are in the bedrooms and those will make into a bed too. Sheets qnd a blanket were provided for only one futon bed though so I recommend bringing a little extra bedding depending on how many people come. Wonderful stay. Will come back for sure! Love Kimberling city.
