A hike-in glamping experience. Custom built featuring a window wall that swings open and doubles as an awning. AFRAMES have two twin beds (trundle) with memory foam mattresses, electric, air conditioning, access to WiFi, private deck, campfire ring, camp chairs, hiking poles, and shared camp bathhouse with shower. Linens provided- no housekeeping. Access to community outdoor hot tub. Charcoal grill available for additional fee. Electric Blankets provided for cool nights but there is no heat.
Adventure AFRAMES are approximately 80 sq. ft. with a swinging window wall that opens up onto a deck. Twin bed. Trundle available when wall is open. Bed double functions as a couch with beautiful sunset views. Wall can close and lock if guests prefer to sleep secure or with air conditioning on. Electric heated blankets are available during colder nights. The space also features 2 comfortable wooden camp chairs, hiking poles, camp coffee and mugs. Leaving food or pets unattended in the AFRAMES is discouraged.
After reservation, guests will receive confirmation and details for arrival. After parking in designated area, guests will take a short (0.2 mile) hike to the AFRAME. Linens are provided and located inside the AFRAME. The AFRAME is accessed with a unique door code. All Adventure AFRAMES are located some distance from parking and require traversing uneven gravel trails. Backpacks are recommended for transporting personal items. Transporting of personal items to the AFRAME is required as there is no assistance available. Leave No Trace is strictly practiced.
Nestled in the piney woods along a .75 mile out and back, moderately strenuous trail. Lots of birds and wildlife, beautiful sunsets provide a relaxing setting. AFRAMES are located in a pod of three with comfortable space between each AFRAME. They are located just off of the hiking trail and are conveniently located near a camp community deck where the outdoor hot tub, outdoor living room, bathhouse, and outdoor kitchen is located.
Adventure AFRAMES are located in Loblolly Pines Adventure Camp just off of Hwy. 62 west of Eureka Springs, AR. Traveling by car is the easiest way to access surrounding attractions, dining, and nearby trails.
Pets: Pets are allowed only in designated units only with preregistration and fee. Guests must follow the pet policy (leash, cleanup, fee/deposit). Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund, additional charges.
Registered guests only: All overnight guests must be registered at booking. No unregistered overnight visitors are allowed.
Maximum occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests reserved for the property.
Additional guests & fees: Any additional overnight guest must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee.
Short-term visitors: Day visitors are allowed with prior notice but must follow house rules and vacate by 10:00 PM unless approved.
Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Parking: Only the designated number of vehicles may park on the property; additional vehicles/trailers must be prearranged and may incur additional fees/ unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Noise & conduct: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All guests must respect neighbors and follow local ordinances.
Safety & liability: Guests are responsible for the safety of their visitors. The host is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by guests or their visitors.
Property care: Guests and their visitors must treat the property with care; damages or excessive cleaning required after guests will be charged.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs per cabin or 1 dog per aframe unless agreed in writing before arrival. All other species require advance and documented approval. Must be at least 6 mos old and house-broken. Aggressive pets or those with a known history of biting or attacking are not permitted. Pets must be in good health, free of fleas/ticks, and current on all core vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested. Pet must wear a collar with tag or be microchipped and must be accompanied by owner at all times when outside unit. Pets left in unit must be safely crated. Nuisance behaviors such as barking, whining, or jumping on property will result in a call to owner to address. Second calls will be a request to leave the property without a refund. Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of using bags. Indoor accidents should be reported immediately to perform the appropriate deep cleaning. Guests should make reasonable efforts to keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture. Guests are financially responsible for all damage caused by pet.
