This property has been lovingly restored to include modern amenities, but also keeps the century's old charm. Enjoy the outdoors on the screened in porch or immerse yourself in nature on the waterfront deck and private pier. Birdwatching, fishing and crabbing are encouraged! Enjoy the three kayaks and a paddleboard provided by your hosts. Remain indoors and take pleasure in the various cozy seating arrangements for watching TV, reading books, playing games, and solving puzzles! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, knife sets, and small appliances you might require. This home is situated in historic St. Mary’s County with variety of leisure activities just a short drive away.

Great getaway!

We were able to escape DC with our pups for a relaxing 4th of July weekend at Skip-Away Landing. The house is great, just as described, clean, and welcoming. The sunsets off the dock are amazing. It’s very close to lots of fun activities and then tucked away from it all when you are done. We had a great time with our pups!
