Overnight get away

We needed a place near the theater district for an overnight. We were celebrating a family members birthday. Easy booking, checking and out process. Location was very convenient. Room was clean and floor quiet.

We arrived late after traveling and being gone all day, Our room was very small, there was a hole in the ceiling where my son was going to sleep. I went to close the blind and the shade fell right off the wall. Paint chipping, dirty. We left and never even stayed there. Not impressed for the cost at all and would not recommend.

I am still waiting for my refund because we could not stay at the room due to there being NO HEAT or hot water in the building upon check in. Building manager canceled the room but said Vrbo had to refund us and I’m stilling waiting for a response from the several emails I sent! NOT HAPPY

Fijne hotelkamer op een top lokatie! Goede bedden, ruime kamers, schoon. Erg behulpzaam personeel.Enige minpuntje is dat de liften de aantal gasten niet aankon zodat je vaak lang moest wachten op een lege lift.
