Very clean home in quiet neighborhood. We travelled to Bay City with my parents and our two teen boys to visit our adult kids. Good size yard which was perfect for cooking outside. Home was a good size for all of us. Would stay again

Convenient and simple

Overall it was a nice stay. Only complaint is that the entire property smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

The house was super clean and looks very newly remodeled and well done. Had a little bit of trouble communicating with emails but it worked out fine. My only dislike was that the house smelled like a mix of new paint and some cigarette smoke. The new paint smell is understandable and not overwhelming nor was the smoke smell but I the smoke smell was not pleasant. Was quiet at night and there was plenty of space for our family. On a snowy day the driveway was well taken care of.
