Ideal 2 couples or family. Possibly 3 couples. Short drive to most beautiful, least-traveled beaches (Plum 5 min; Long Bay 8 min.) on the island-- both within safe, gated community.

Originally from Germany, I am an abstract painter and love to express myself through my art. I came to Saint-Martin 20 years ago as a refuge from the rat race in NYC to find peace and tranquility while I pursued my art. At first, I renovated the Villa (you will call home during your stay). Beautiful pool encircled by 2 cottages with three bedrooms, a kitchen with bar opening to poolside breakfast area, dining room, magnificent family room, pergolas, beautiful gardens -- all will offer you comfort and serenity for a perfect stay as they did for me. Later, I built my art studio on the other side of the property where I paint and organize art exhibitions, as well as a small cottage for myself where I now live -- not visible from the Villa. I also love to exercise and take walks to idyllic Plum Bay beach, within the gated Terres Basses community, just 5 min by car. I enjoy getting together with old and new friends. During your stay, you're welcome to visit me in the studio.
