Best location in Puerto Vallarta

We had the most amazing stay in our Host's Loft Condominium with my fiance and her boys, 13 & 15. The views from the rooftop pools is unbeatable, the Marina Zone is so much quieter than other zona's. The staff and housekeeper Letty rocks. She filled us in on all of the ammeneties in these buildings, showed us the pools, ping pong tables, sitting areas, kitchens, you name it. We will be staying here again in the very near future. I visit PV once a month and would love to sit in this pool on the roof once again. This location is across the street from a very large inexpensive grocery store, brewery, resorts and beaches.

Very nice place but overrated

We were super excited for the infinity pool, and booked months in advance. Our stay was dissapointing, the pool was insanely cold and very dangerous as well as unmaintained by the property (woobly floors and very unstable EVERYWHERE), the hot tub was non-existent. The condo itself was nice but not safe at all for young children. On top of that, the host and I had agreed on a price for an ONE extra guest and I paid vrbo for my reservation for 3 adults and 3 kids, however Iwas contacted the day of my reservation through private text messages to my phone by the host asking for over 150 because according to him vrbo had charged me incorrectly, even though my receipt showed the correct ammount of people. I did not pay what he was asking for and only what was initially agreen upon, 40 for the extra child. Place is not as advertised. Definitely not worth the money, should have rented a hotel.

Why they chose this property

This is a pretty cool spot (I would say the best) because you are surrounded by everything you may need to have a pleasant stay. Walmart, Sam’s Club, Liverpool, movie theaters, VIPS, Puerto Mágico, Outback steak house, are literally two blocks away. A hospital for emergencies, OXXO, Wingstop, Chedraui are only 1 block away, And, you can just walk directly to the beach which is 2 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

You will find out the uniqueness of this property when you take the elevator to the Roof Garden (15th floor), where you can sumerge into the infinity pool and the stunning views will take your breath away,
