It is the ideal place for families, friends and teleworkers who wish to savour the art of living of Las Terrenas!

The condo is located on the 3rd floor (stairs) and consists of 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room combined with dining area and a kitchen. The unit also offers a large balcony with a lounging and dining areas, with refreshing ceiling fans.

Each bedroom has a Queen size bed, an air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan and large closet.

The left bedroom has a useful safe in the closet for your valuable items and the right bedrooms has a quiet work area.
Both bedrooms share a bathroom with glass shower, a vanity stocked with fresh towels, a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers a gas stove & oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. All cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, and many other useful items are supplied for your comfort.

The living room and dinette area is nicely laid out with a comfortable sectional sofa, which can be arranged as a bed for children or 1 or 2 extra guests, a 43-inch 4K LED television with NetFlix and YouTube, high-speed WiFi and a cozy, extensible dining table overlooking the ocean.

The beautiful ocean view balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy your sunny morning breakfasts or just enjoy a delicious cocktail while watching the famous Caribbean sunsets of Las Terrenas !

The Papagayo residences is completely gated with a common garden and parking area, a pedestrian door and an electric gate for vehicles.

A security guard is on duty from 7pm to 7am.

Located at the beginning of Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas, the Papagayo residence is very easy to get to. Actually, it is so close to everything, you can simply take a stroll to your favourite restaurants, mini-markets, the bakery or to all the services you need in the town of Las Terrenas - and the beautiful beach is right in your backyard !

If you wish to go a bit further up Las Terrenas, using a scooter or ATV are also great modes of transportation. Do not hesitate to use the local motoconchos, they will be happy to drive you and show you around for a few pesos. If you have a vehicle, the electric gate at the Papagayo opens on the private outdoor parking space.

When your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you through What`s app.
A meeting point will be given to you. Megan and David will be waiting there for you to take you to the villa. There they will explain the functioning of the house and give you the keys.

During your stay you will be able to ask them anything you need through the group made especially for you and they will do all their best to help you.

NOTE1: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing.

NOTE2: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE3: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE4: A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately based on usage.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
-Additional charges
-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
