The view and the river are the best!! A quality booking for the price, location, amenities, and riverfront. There’s a bench down by the river that is nice to grab your spouse or friend and go have a glass of wine or morning coffee. The hot tub was wonderful. All the kids bedrooms are two stories down from the primary bedroom. Which is important to note for families with littles that call out at night. It’s a bit outdated in decor and most of the furniture. Carpet throughout the living areas and dusty decor items that can’t be dusted-like trays of potpourri and wreaths made of dried leaves. Ew. So I gave it 4 stars because it made it feel dirty. I also purchased our own toilet paper and tissues.

Property was great. Grand Welcome Mgmt gave incorrect information regarding items in property, including coffee maker and baby bed. Also incorrect information regarding fire pit. The deck furniture was not set up for guests. The inaccuracies inconvenienced us and GW didn’t really seem to care enough to reach out and discuss the issues.
