About the host
Hosted by Lacey Dollarhide
Turning rental properties into special, welcoming homes like this one on Route 66 is a great way to create a sustainable retirement plan while sharing unique spaces with travelers, this is my passion and I’m achieving it one old building at a time.
Why they chose this property
The sunsets and mountain views must be a perfect way to cap off the day for anyone staying.
What makes this property unique
Immerse yourself in the rich history of Yucca with a stay in this unique property, once the original mercantile and post office of the town. Travelers would come by rail to gather supplies at this historic site, which later became the heart of the community as both a store and post office. The charm doesn’t end there—the neighboring building, once a lively bar, later transformed into a mission, adding to the story of this remarkable area. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, this location offers a one-of-a-kind experience blending history and natural beauty.
