The apt has upgrades and is clean. Very easy communication with the host. The location is on the main road with great restaurants. It's comfortable for staying a few weeks.

Great little gem in Klamath. Great communication from prop manager, easy walkable distance to everything downtown and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Really enjoyed our stay here thank you!!!

Clean and updated inside. Just had some moments of uneasy with the homeless in parking lot hanging out and the meet ups that were happening there.

Cute little apt

Overall would probably stay here (or 1 of the sister apts in the building) again if in Klamath but this room has an awkward view of a wall (friend we we’re visiting called it very NewYork) and the tub was stained. Clean but stained. And, not this property’s fault, the previous renter must have smoked as it smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room and contact said they would correct/extra clean before next renter.
