Beautiful Apartment 307 in a 100 year old building

**This older building is continuously being updated. In the meantime, we are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals.**

These units are best for guests in Klamath Falls for work or couples passing through who need a crash pad. We do not recommend these units for families, or those traveling with kids.

Perfect for guests working remotely and traveling professionals!

This building is about 100 years old and is consistently being updated.
This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully
• All units have air conditioning and heating
• All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
• Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
• Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2.00 each. We supply laundry detergent.
• Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils; if using disposable plateware, you do not need to worry about dishes!
• Each unit has ultra-soft Charmin toilet paper
• Free WiFi
• Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55”

NOTE:
This building houses a mix of friendly tenants. You may see some tenants in front of the building smoking, or in the parking lot working on their cars.


Within walking distance from the Klamath Falls Amtrak Station!

The entire space is yours. This unit has easy access to all the downtown area has to offer. Easy access to OIT.

We will not be interacting with guests. Everything including check-in is automated.

Entry into the building is from the parking lot on the right side of the building. To buzz yourself in, slowly dial star (*), 6869. You will hear two loud beeps notifying you the door has been unlocked.

Great little gem in Klamath. Great communication from prop manager, easy walkable distance to everything downtown and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Really enjoyed our stay here thank you!!!

Cute little apt

Overall would probably stay here (or 1 of the sister apts in the building) again if in Klamath but this room has an awkward view of a wall (friend we we’re visiting called it very NewYork) and the tub was stained. Clean but stained. And, not this property’s fault, the previous renter must have smoked as it smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room and contact said they would correct/extra clean before next renter.
