Experience Prosser like a local in this charming 3-bedroom house. This welcoming property features 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full baths, full dining room, kitchen, living room, and classic front porch swing, making it the perfect place for a peaceful wine country getaway. Our home comes equipped with a 6 person hot tub, WiFi, AC, BBQ, front porch swing, fire pit and full laundry room.

Just a short walk to downtown, community park (which hosts the farmers market June 1st-Oct 5th), the Prosser Museum, Boys and Girls club, brand new Pickleball courts, and Grocery Outlet.
Want to explore the many wineries Prosser and Benton County have to offer? Our home is a short drive to over 20 local wineries.

Prosser offers many annual events including: Sip & Stroll, Red Wine and Chocolate, Spring Barrell, Scottish Fest & Highland Games, 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, Catch the Crush, Art Walk & Wine Gala, Old Fashioned 4th of July celebration, Prosser Beer & Whiskey Festival, and The Great Prosser Balloon Rally (to name a few).

With 300 days of sun, Prosser is the perfect place to get that small town feel while exploring the outdoors, wine tasting, horseback riding, or just going to a Friday night football game at the high school.

If for any reason we have to drain the hot tub after your stay, a $150.00 fee will apply.
If we come to a mutual agreement to allow an animal, there is a $50 pet fee.
Any guests that exceed the maximum number allowed (8), must be approved by the owners and a $25.00 fee applies to each additional guest.

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It was the perfect place for all of the college-age cousins to gather outside of other Thanksgiving obligations. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Weekend at Prosecco

We had a wonderful stay at this Prosecco House! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our weekend of wine tasting and celebrating a local wedding. Everything we needed was provided, making it a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Great location, great amenities—we hope to stay here again on our next visit!

The Prosecco House is ideal for visiting Yakima county wine country. Easily accessible in Prosser. The property is just as described and pictured. The management team was wonderfully responsive. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely and inviting touch. Would stay here again for sure.

The host was very responsive when we had questions. The older home had so much charm and was impeccably decorated! It is a very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was nice - the jets on one side were powerful but the other side seemed weaker. The solar powered path lanterns were not working when we were there but there are a couple motion detector lights. We had an enjoyable stay!

Great house, great location

Landed in Prosser for a woman’s weekend away and it was fantastic. You can walk downtown and it is centrally located for wine tastings. The kitchen was well stocked for foodies like us. We had a great stay, even in the off season. I would recommend to anyone!

Prosser visit with family

The Prosecco House is a beautiful, clean home that accommodated 5 adults very well. The host was very quick to respond to the very few questions we had and was very helpful and kind. Check in and check out was an easy process.

As soon as I made the reservation, the hosts reached out with a welcoming message. They were incredibly accommodating and informative. The house is impeccably decorated (we all took pics home to our husbands showing them our next projects ;-) ). The hosts thought of everything from eye masks to let you sleep in, to a bottle of prosecco for mid morning mimosas. Our girls trip went smoothly and we hope to come back to the Prosecco House!!

The Prosecco House worked great for our wine tasting trip around Prosser. We were three couples and there was plenty of space to cook, eat and hang out. The house interior was really cute and the kitchen was well stocked. Location-wise, it was a short drive to a bunch of wineries and a quick walk into town where we appreciated the cold brew at Brewminatti every morning. Communication with Kaci was great. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are headed out to Prosser!

We stayed three nights in Prosser. The house worked well for us. The outdoor seating was pleasant. We didn’t use the hot tub. Upstairs bathroom is located within one of the bedroom areas so the second upstairs bedroom inhabitants need to either use the downstairs bathroom or walk through the other bedroom.

The stay was great and property was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is about the check in time. Online it says 3pm and the book regarding rules for checking in and check out instructions also says 3pm but we were told after we were already on our way that check was actually 4. Any issues or questions we had were promptly responded.
