We are local hosts and here only when you need us. We provide 24/7 contact should you have questions, at any time.
Very Strict no smoking indoors allowed. Smoking outdoors is acceptable. All trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor bin to avoid extra cleaning fee`s.

Be a good neighbor. Any disruption to our neighbors or call by the local police, can result in immediate suspension of your reservation with no refund.

All pets must be pre-approved. A Non refundable Pet fee of $125 will apply for extra cleaning.

Please return the property in good, clean condition. Above the ordinary cleaning, repair or trash- may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.

• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it for our next guests. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Use at your own risk and leisure.

*** Note that we will not be responsible for any items left behind. Please be diligent with your walk through before leaving. We will make exceptions for very valuable or sentimental items `if` we are able to find them. There will be a $100 fee for hiring our team to package and mail your items `if` we agree to do so.

Great stay

We had some complications with AC it was hot! And the air was out but property maintenance sent over the AC tech and while he was as there until 11 pm he was very helpful
