EXCELLENT ROOM FOR THE PRICE. My wife and I booked this room due to it's proximity to both downtown San Jose, and the Winchester Mystery House.Check in was smooth. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and organized upon arrival. All in all an excellent bang for the buck.

The first room reeked of chemicals so strongly that we had to switch to another room. Twice I had to go back down to the lobby because the key cards weren't working. Our neighbor was listening to his TV at full blast because the property doesn't have a working remote for him to adjust his TV volume. The hot water faucet knob fell off into the sink twice while I was using it. The AC has no fan setting so it was either on or off only (too cold or too hot). It was like getting a prank played on us. Thank goodness it was only 1 night. Wouldn't stay again!
