Wonderful birthday stay

Reserved for my daughter's 21st birthday for one night for the meeting spot for a night on the town in Atlanta. Host communicated throughout the entire process and answered any inquiries quickly. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Location seemed sketchy at first, but my daughter stated that she felt safe during the entire stay. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed—it truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself felt very secure, and the parking situation was just as safe and convenient, which gave us great peace of mind.The host was fantastic with communication—responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and stress-free.I also want to highlight the cleanliness. As someone who professionally cleans short-term rentals, I can be pretty hard to impress—but this cleaner truly shined. Everything was spotless and clearly cared for with attention to detail.Overall, this stay was worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Definitely need better details and description for property. We arrived , door entry was unlocked , we had no access to the gate entry to park our vehicles for about 3-4 hours until host finally responded , there was no battery in our keypad to lock the door so we couldn’t leave our property until host brought batteries for keypad to lock door. None of the rooms have TVs , no pots and pans to cook , no iron , makeup towel still had makeup on it , King suite bathroom was a NO for me, no extra blankets or pillows for couch bed in living room , You can hear through the walls, very quiet area, trash all outside around property , overall the stay wasn’t horrible , but wasn’t the best at all , after host finally answered she was pretty fast with the batteries and apologetic about the door entry and gate to park our vehicles.

The communication with the host was a little disappointing. We had an issue when booking with VRBO, which was not a host problem at all but when going to the host with questions was very delayed on response and in some instances the host didn’t respond at all. I had to personally request the check in information at the check in time if 4pm because it had not been provided. The house was not equipped with any pans, only had two pots and 2 forks. It could use some improvements there. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Thankful for the gated property because the area wasn’t greatest. If you rent, I do hope you get the third floor because you can hear everything in the units above you.

Overall, our stay was good. Only problem is if you’re on the second or third floor you can really hear each other. Other issue but not important I was a little taken back by what was outside two anctive train tracks, one city during day and other like cargo and they did get a little shaky or loud once in a while. Setup was nice. Washer and dryer was awesome. Also, kitchen was amazing and clean. Maybe add to the bedrooms more space to unpack folded clothes. Finally, it would be nice to add some seating behind the house
