The property was amazing. The pool was a great hit with all the kids. We had a 3 year old, 6 year ond 2 13 year olds. I loved the acres to the beach. I do not like that we were not told we had to 60 to park at the condo. Parking passes should be included in the price and at least 2 per condo. Our unit was late being cleaned so we had a delay in checking in. We drove 13 hours from Texas and the kids were ready to get out of the car. I had to call about 1 tub not draining, water filter needing to be changed, no plunger and no broom. I called and they brought up what we needed and 1 guy came to fix the tub. We also paid 419 for 3 sets of beach chairs with umbrellas on the beach.

We’re sorry the parking fee was an unexpected surprise and that your unit was not ready on time after a long drive — that is not the experience we want for our guests. Thank you for reporting the tub, water filter, and missing supplies; I’m glad the team was able to deliver items and send someone to repair the tub, and we’ll follow up with housekeeping and maintenance to prevent these issues. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are arranged through a local vendor and billed separately; we understand the cost was frustrating and will pass your feedback along. We’ll use your comments to improve and hope to provide a smoother stay in the future.
