Great accommodations, smooth check in and out, very helpful management!
Very clean and comfortable. If you’re there to ski or board it doesn’t get anymore convenient. It’s a very short walk to canyon lodge.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you found the condo clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Canyon Lodge. We’d love to host you again for your next ski or snowboard trip!
Amazing proximity to canyon lodge (it wasn’t open when we stayed here unfortunately). The place was well cute, comfortable beds and plenty of space for the four of us!
We are thrilled you have stayed in one of our Grand Welcome homes and would love to invite you back in the future. Please let us know what we can do to make your stay even better for next time!
We come back every year because we love this family friendly complex, close to the village. Well stocked kitchen and home, great pool and BBQ area and great location. Thanks for a great stay!

Hi, Jennifer! Thanks so much for leaving your feedback and we're very happy to hear that you had a safe and enjoyable experience. We'd love to host you again!
Beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, best location
We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. The location is amazing with a short flat walk to Canyon Lodge. The interior was beautiful and the most comfortable bed. The loft was set up to keep kids happy - comfy chairs, big TV, bunk beds, and tons of toys and games. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved this condo!

Thank you for staying with us and for your review! We are so happy to hear your Grand Welcome Vacation experience and hope to host you again soon, either here or at one of our many locations across the country!
The inside of the condo was nice, clean, and modern. The outside was outdated, the listing did not mention or show anything about access to the front door. Getting to the front door was not easy, there are a bunch of stairs and narrow corridor. I would not recommend bringing bikes. The location is far from everything unless you’re skiing, the chairlift is right outside. The pool was about 40 degrees during summer.
Amazing first experience in mammoth! Will always return to this location.

We stayed here with our family of 5, 3 kids ages 6-10, and it was a perfect spot! Less than 5 min walk to canyon lodge (adjacent to the far end of the lodge parking lot). Was nice to have the storage locker for gear. The loft area was great for the kids- plenty of room and a fun space for them! Kitchen was neatly organized and well stocked.
We would definitely stay again!
King size bed ***FIVE STAR! So comfortable!!
For being a one bedroom, this place has so much space!!!! Everything was clean, organized and decorated so cute!!!
I reached out for check out specifications, and I must say, check out was completely stress free!!!

We appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us! The Grand Welcome team hopes to host you again in your future vacation endeavors, either here or one of our many locations across the US!
This condo at St. Anton's was perfect for our family ski trip. It is a short and easy walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. The condo is stylish and comfortable, and set up perfectly for for a family or small group. It would work great for two families to share or have lots of space for one family. Our kids especially loved the terrific loft space upstairs. The ski locker in the garage was incredibly convenient for leaving our skis on the ground floor. We have stayed in several condos around Mammoth, and this was absolutely one of our favorites. We will very much look for availability here again in the future.

Parking and condo management are terrible
Condo unit was fine, no issues there. The problems are with the parking and condo management team. We reserved through VRBO and initial communication was through a 3rd party rental management company, Grand Welcome. We learned ahead of time that underground parking was available, so we asked if there were an outside parking spot for our SUV with a roof box and were emailed there were outside spots.
Here's where the problems started. After parking outside for two nights with no problems, on the evening of day 3, we had FINAL warning stickers on our SUV to move it and they blocked in our SUV with a snowcat (see in pictures). We were not in fire lane and no signs were present to state the spot was reserved. We contacted Grand Welcome and St Anton and after several hours, we received a call from the St Anton manager. No explanation for blocking our car in, no apology, very rude and no solution to parking our SUV. Do not stay here unless you want to experience poor interactions with the manager.

Thank you for your review on our St. Anton Getaway property, Karl. We are happy to hear your overall stay was enjoyable. However, we apologize for the communication with Customer Care being less than satisfactory.
We have relayed your review and concerns to our local operations team for their review.
My husband and I stayed here with our three young adult sons (one brought a girlfriend). This place was perfect for us. We appreciated the very well appointed kitchen with almost every cooking pan or utensil you might need, and the incredibly fun loft. Mammoth is still buried under a record snowfall season, and it was interesting to walk in to what felt like a snow cave-- the ground level windows/sliding doors were completely below snow level so the master bedroom/kitchen/living area got no natural light during our stay. We went upstairs to hang out and get some sun, and even up there (what is effectively the 3rd fl), the snow came just above the bottom of the window sill after it snowed 3 feet during our stay. Driving down the street (which was really a channel carved 15 feet into the snow) required chains for about 1/2 our stay, The condos directly across the hall from this one were red tagged, sadly, so we felt very lucky to have this great place to stay. It is not really ski in-ski out, but you can walk uphill about 1 1/2 blocks to Canyon Lodge or drop off your group and their gear and come back to park in the underground garage. Only the day it snowed hard was it ski-in because Mammoth's parking lot got enough coverage to make it back to the condo. Maybe in a normal season there might be a path to ski back to the building somehow.
Back to the unit- very comfy beds, gigantic TVs we didn't use, nice clean bathrooms. Well maintained. Pretty much as pictured. You will need to walk up 1 1/2 flights of stairs to get to this 2nd floor place. No elevator. Two large jacuzzis outside, close enough for the brave to get to barefoot, going through the lounge which also has a sauna and pay-to-play pool table. For people with younger kids, there is a nice supply of games and a few toys. We cooked our meals, but I suppose you could walk downhill to restaurants and shops (somewhat dicey when the road is a narrow chasm sliced into the snow at the moment, with cars squeezing through). Thank you to the owners for sharing their getaway with us-- we loved our stay here!!! Would come again without hesitation!
