Welcome to our cozy retreat in Brookswood, BC! Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood at 204 & 42A Avenue, just minutes from the George Preston Recreation Centre, this charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
✅ Ample parking available — even for large trucks in the front yard.
🚫 Important: Parties and events are strictly not allowed.

Note: The laundry room is downstairs. Our tenants and we live downstairs, so please keep it quiet.
This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras .

NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️.
A/C is a bonus for the hot summer! Schools, rec & all amenities near!
