It's all about the basics

We did everything in Poblacion and Salcedo with just walking. Unit was able to be exceptionally cold. Very hot water with great pressure.Kitschy interior with weird spaces. Nieces loved it. Comfortable sleep spaces.

Unable to reach contact host and I was not able to check-in; charged/paid for the rental and it’s a scam. Building Address name and was not easily located. What a negative experience on New Years Eve! Dishonest posting of said property.

The place is not spacious, they booked 7 people for a pricy price but only 3-4 people can sleep in that tiny space . Not safe too cause they have unfinished carpentry I of the cabinet and broken panels are thrown inside the closet , the bed sheet smelled bad , you can tell it wasn’t change plus the pillow smelled so bad that you can smell the odor of someone’s head there , broken light at the bathroom and the cheap painting fell down from the wall (good thing it did not hit my daughter’s head) when she sat down in the couch . The advertisement for 3BR spacious place is a scam! We didn’t even stay for an hour and went to reception area to talk to the host but host won’t answer and the staff who answer can’t even answer us or can’t do anything when we told her (Denise) that we are leaving and not going to sleep in that tiny filthy place that can only sleep 3 people . We left the building and find a descent place to stay and it was already 3am before we got a place to sleep from our 16 hours flight. It was a nightmare and reported it to Expedia and to hotel Insurance. Our trip got mess up b/c of that and we are now going to process all the complains to Insurance cause you can’t talk to the host , won’t even return our calls or tried to reach us , and the staff that we talk to (Denise and Ibrahilm??? I couldn’t get his name right but I know I have him on my email) are not reliable and not helpful cause all they answer is that they can’t reach the host for she’s not answering cal
