Local pharmacy is across the street. Convenient to all and safe!

Why they chose this property

Playa Potrero is a great hub for all your local tours and still has a small town feel but there is just enough to keep it interesting!

A car is recommended if you need to travel outside of Playa Potrero however if you want to stay local, everything is within a reasonable walking distance. The condominium is also located on a very quiet street (the street is not a through-street) so walking is quite safe.

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 bedroom condominium that comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a roomy American King size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed (great for the kids!) plus another King size bed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook (including a rice cooker, blender, panini maker, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker).

Please note that there are 6 condos in the building which share the Pool and a propane bbq area for you to enjoy.

There is absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed (or vaping) in the condo, patios, pool area, entry way, or stairwell.
