Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used linens in bath tub and put comforters back on beds, wash all dishes and put away, remove water from Keurig, sweep floors
Make sure golf cart is clean and return keys to key hook
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
