Do NOT stay at this property. It was one of the dirtiest vacation rentals we've ever experienced.It was immediately apparent that the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. We contacted the host through the VRBO messaging system right away. His response was that the property was clean and that we needed to "manage our expectations."We then sent detailed photos and descriptions of the issues, including:Dirty floors throughout the homeAir vents covered in dust and cobwebs, cobwebs all over baseboards and corners.Hair in the shower and sink.Black mold around sinks and flooring. Major, not just one small area.Large stains throughout the living room carpet.A freezer door with no handle.Torn and visibly dirty furnitureDespite insisting the home was clean, the host sent a cleaner that evening. The cleaner removed one noticeable spot from the carpet, but the overall cleanliness of the home did not improve.Communication was terrible, and it was just so bad, we only stayed one night. Not sure how he can continue to rent this home.

The house was very spacious uncomfortable for our large party. The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe and very convenient. There are grocery stores, coffee, shops, and everything you could need close by. Downtown Bellevue is a short drive. The neighborhood is very walkable with walking trails, sidewalks, etc. The house is great for large parties, but do not stay if you have allergies, especially pet allergies. I had a hard time finding a pet free home, so that's on me. However, beds and furnishings were covered in pet hair and we had to wash the bedding before we were able to sleep. The place looked clean upon first glance, but toilets were not clean, showers were not clean, baseboards, and dishes were not clean. Several lamps did not work. The downstairs is at least 10 -15colder than the upstairs no matter what you do. There is one small space heater provided downstairs. The upstairs guest were complaining of being hot and the downstairs guest were freezing. Even though I have these observations, there were plenty of nice things about the house. The outdoor space is beautiful. The back deck looks onto a wooded area where deer graze the evenings. The living areas were comfortable, and the kitchen is spacious. If you're not picky about cleanliness and don't have allergies, this is a great home for a large party of guests.

Definitely pet friendly which was the selling point. The grass in the yard was dead instead of green like the pictures and it took a moment for our two dogs to go into the grass but eventually it was fine. The bedrooms were very spacious, it could use a deeper clean and a little bit of love but it was decent stay for the price. It was in a great location, 10 mins away from downtown, 10 min walk to a park and blueberry farm for the dogs. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Overall a decent stay for us and very pet friendly.
