Dockside Dream on Lake Martin

This property is outstanding, everything is brand new and in perfect condition. The views are stunning, dock is perfect for bringing your boat, parking is roomy, good for boat trailers. I even caught bass off the dock! Local amenities are plentiful and near by. This place is worth a look! Thanks to the owners for all of the small things done just right!

Why they chose this property

Our beautiful, cozy home is on the quieter side of the lake - it's still conveniently 5-10 minutes away from anything you want to do in Alex City; however, you can swim off the dock without worrying about boat traffic and safety, and you can enjoy quiet evenings on the back porch with little noise. It's an oasis!

This is an absolutely brand new home - it has every modern finish and convenience you could think of, from high ceilings to tons of natural light, double ovens, quartz countertops, Delta bathroom hardware, and brand new hospitality linens from Parachute.
