The host was friendly and communicated well. Upon arrival, the space was extremely dirty. White towels were stained and looked as though they had not been washed. There was piles of clay and dirt on the floor. Needless to say, did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Pros: The Kitchen! Was able to cook for my family of four with no problems! Fully stocked! Even spices! The beds were comfortable, with a TV in each room. The closets were huge! Great communication with the owner!Cons: No outdoor seating but a quick trip to Walmart where we bought chairs solved that. The living room couch was not very comfortable. Wash machine threatened to tip over, needs to be stabilized. Dryer performed well. Overall: A good two week stay while we closed on a house and waited for the movers. Would definitely recommend!

Duplex that has 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms which was great for us 2 couples meeting for a weekend of friendship!The place could use a little TLC..We also own a short term rental and have thoroughly stocked our kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces for our guests. This was not a place that felt well taken care of.Management was very responsive to our concerns and remedied our problem quickly and respectfully.
