Superb location, style and luxury all wrapped into one. This historic 1935 Sam Hughes privately owned casita. Incredibly walkable with close proximity to the stadium, University of Arizona, hospital & clinics, and so close to downtown too! Professional, friendly management by owner! 4 bedroom main house and studio can also be reserved. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are shared spaces with guests in main house and studio. Hot tub is heated 8am to 10pm. Pool heating available for additional $100/day (3 night minimum) or $525 for 7 night or longer stays. At The Wander Collective, our policy for every property requires a completed security deposit and signed rental agreement. Please note that after booking, you will be sent a link to complete the security deposit and sign a rental agreement.

Cozy Casita close to campus

We really enjoyed our stay here. This beats a hotel by a mile and gave a similar experience. Very clean and simple. Did also not expect to have such a great pool and hot tub. The casita is in the back and secluded but will likely try and get a big group together to book the entire property next time! If you need something simple, clean and convenient, the casita is a perfect choice! Thank you Jem!!
