Very cute apartment. Comfortable, close enough to town, quiet and the host was immediately available for all my questions. I highly recommend. New Port Richey is a quaint town, with great food. If you decide to visit, I would say stay here!! You would be in walking distance to town.

Yes the host was very welcoming. She answered my questions right away. One thing I didn’t care for was I had no control over the heat or the AC. Also the driveway was in very poor condition. Almost tripped a few times. There was no place to sit outside…no chairs

Clean and convenient communication was excellent. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Sims Park on the river and downtown. Lots of good restaurants. Rented a pontoon boat on the river. Would recommend the rental and Port Richey.

Lovely

The location is just fabulous, it was a little hard a couple of times to contact my host, but otherwise the place was just beautiful. Unfortunately, we did lose Internet service for like two days I think? So we couldn’t watch TV that was kind of a bummer.
