Super convenient

The place worked super well for our group of 4. It is a small place - solid for 4 but would get tight beyond that. The pool was not open for the season but the space looked like it would be pretty nice. The apartment had basic equipment and some starter supplies - coffee K cups etc. It is a compact place so I would not plan on making an elaborate dinner in house. All the stuff is there, but logistics could be tricky. The location was fantastic. Steps from the T which makes getting around Boston super easy. Owner wanted to communicate using an app I don’t use. That made some aspects of the Checkin a little complicated. My daughter had the app so we were able to sort things out eventually.

Unable to get a response after 4 times about parking…”we’ll get back with you soon “. Property location changed the day before arrival with an immediate answer required that we accept. Didn’t receive the codes at agreed time, although that was an easy fix with the chatbot, except for the garage code. Talked to representative who couldn’t understand English very well and it took a couple of calls to get her to send the code. Property was very nice, well located and clean. Pictures were not hung, soap dispensers on shower floor. Nice the apartment is complete it will be a premium rents!

An excellent property in the heart of Cambridge. It’s conveniently located steps from Boston’s wonderful subway system and close to many fine restaurants, pubs and shopping including a Target and a CVS close by.
