Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach at Beachwood Villas. Ideal for small families or groups, this cozy retreat features two twin bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.

As our guest, you'll enjoy access to a variety of amenities, including two sparkling pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, laundry facilities, and free parking. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or enjoy some friendly competition, there's something for everyone.

The condo is nestled in a vibrant area with plenty to explore. Just a short walk or bike ride away, you'll find local favorites like a donut shop, shaved ice stand, and restaurants offering fresh, coastal cuisine. For the more adventurous, nearby biking and hiking trails provide a great way to explore the natural beauty of Seagrove Beach.

There is a laundry room near the pool if you need to do laundry during your stay. The machines require quarters so would recommend bringing some with you.

Our family of two had a wonderful stay at the condo. We loved the location: easy walking access to the beach, bike/walk line, few restaurants and the bike shop Yolo. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The laundry room was convenient to use. The communication with the host was prompt and easy. We'd gladly stay here again!

Beach break

This sweet condo was perfect for our beach getaway for spring break with the kids. They loved the bunk beds in the main room and the bedroom with the king bed was great for us grownups to have some privacy. The location is great, walkable to great restaurants, beach, bike rentals, and shopping. Chelsea was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. We will be back!
