This was a perfect location for our girls get away. The host quickly responded to the few needs that arose during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The bunk beds could use new mattresses- but I understand that is going to occur in the future. We have already booked time in 2027!!
Townhome 16 was a great place for our family gathering. We had 6 inches of snow but warm and cozy inside. We would definitely stay here again!

Gene we appreciate the review for our cabin 16. So glad to hear that everything was cozy while the snow piled up! We look forward to the opportunity to host your group again.
The house is very well laid out, we enjoyed the fireplace and the large table to play games. We definitely recommend this for larger groups, for couples consider that there are two rooms with bunk beds, that are shorter and low to the floor, these were just fine for singles.

Great place. Loved it. Good communication. Wish there was a coffee grinder.

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you loved your stay and appreciated the communication. A coffee grinder is a great suggestion- we’ll keep that in mind for the future!
Beautiful place that fit my family of 11 comfortably. We had our family Christmas there but they had no tree so we brought our own which they were fine with. Quick to respond when messaged. Would defiantly go back.

So happy that your family had a great Christmas and the space was comfortable. We would welcome you back again anytime!
Just an O.K. property, great view, poor location for water sports behind a boat. Guests are not allowed to use the dock for mooring, lifts are available for rent for boats under 4000 pounds, which we were not (24' boat) so we had to trailer each day, terrible trailer parking for a 24' boat. Cheap appliances especially the dryer! Plastic showers/tubs with cheap fixtures and obvious wear and tear, can't open garage door for "man cave". Had many better value VRBOs for more and less money. This is my first negative, less than 5 star, VRBO review.

Thank you for the detailed feedback.
The lift-only rule, with no mooring at the dock, is an HOA policy rather than something specific to this property. Winds here can come up suddenly, and keeping boats on a lift protects both the boats and the docks. For boats over the 4,000-pound lift limit, there is a parking lot set aside specifically for trailers, and when that is full, additional trailer parking is available right next door at our sister property. We are sorry that was not clear or convenient during your stay, and we will make sure those options are communicated better before arrival.
As for the garage, that space was converted into a dedicated room rather than a working garage, which is why the door does not open. We understand that was not what you expected, and we are discussing with the team whether that is worth changing.
We appreciate you taking the time to write such a thorough review. It helps us keep improving the property for future guests.
