This home was Awesome for our family of 9 for 7 days. It was spacious & very clean throughout the entire home. The home was beautiful in the pictures, but once we arrived, we knew it was going to be hard not to stay there instead of going to Disneyland a few of the days! With 3 generations in the home, everyone, young & old found something to do when we were at the house - games, playing pool, electronic games, swimming, hot tubbing & relaxing! It was so much fun seeing the younger ones play pool with Papa or challenge him to Pac-Man! Christopher was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The only negative we had, was that our vacation wasn’t longer - we do hope to come back again though.Thank you Christopher for being available & a great Host!

I am sorry to say that this home is definitely not living up to the reviews that are posted. I chose this home based on its rating and the reviews that were posted, highly rated for cleanliness is a must for me and this home was anything but. When we arrived at the home which was after 4pm so there was an entire day to clean the home, the backyard and pool area were quite dirty. Pool floats were just thrown all around, there were leaves all over, large branches from the palm were sitting on the walkway and to be honest the pool was quite dirty (white tiles are very dirty) not very inviting to go in. When we walked in the laundry area there is dust caked on the machines and all the cabinets have suffered quite a bit of wear. There were black hand prints all over the walls to the hallway, clearly visible and could have been cleaned, the sliding glass doors were covered with fingerprints so not washed at all. The bathrooms all had hair in the vanity drawers and mold in the showers. The sheets had stains on them as well and makeup on the comforter in the bunk room. Chris did say it wasn't his usual cleaning crew and he could send someone over to "tidy" up. It definitely needed more than that, as this was a cumulative issue in this home. For the price we paid, it truly was not worth it. This home needs a professional crew to deep clean it and a massive upgrade to get a "10" rating.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry that the home did not meet your expectations, particularly when it came to cleanliness. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide our guests. As I mentioned during your stay, we had a different cleaning team preparing the property, and unfortunately, the results fell short of our standards. While I did offer to have someone return to address the concerns, I completely understand your frustration, especially given the expectations set by our previous reviews. We take pride in the home and the positive experiences we've provided to past guests. Your feedback has highlighted areas that need additional attention, and we're taking steps to address both the cleaning issues and general upkeep. I appreciate your honesty and apologize again that your experience wasn't what it should have been.

Chris and Taryn were awesome hosts! The place was very clean and exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated the complementary coffee. Chris was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect, super close to Disney. Would definitely stay here again!
