Great customer service in adversity
Staff was awesome. Vrbo was having a/c issues in extreme heat. Staff was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our room was a suitable temp before we checked in.

Beds were not queen size, rooms were very dated and not clean, restaurant was not prepared for Morgan Wallen concert with the right amount of staff and food. Also the hotel did not have options for a snacks upon arrival from the concert and at 6:30 am no coffee or cafe was available. Definitely not a hotel I will be returning to.
