My co worker and I looked forward to getting off to work, so that we could get to the best kept secret. The porch was so relaxing looking at lake & hearing no traffic & etc. 10/10 for peace and quite!
We came to town for a football game and to visit our daughter at MSU. The property was clean, secluded, and quiet, yet still very convenient to Starkville and the university. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was exactly as represented in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
My husband and I went for a little getaway to celebrate our anniversary and it was exactly what we needed, quiet, relaxing with very pretty scenery. The cabin was very cozy and clean and even though we were very close to Starkville it seemed as if we were in our own little world of relaxation The hostess was so very hospitable and provided detailed information about check in and the property. We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Thank you!
I took 2 grandsons to Starkville, MS for baseball camp. The cabin was a perfect location and had a pond. The boys went to camp until 4pm then fished til dark. Life was perfect for a week.
Property was beautiful and so relaxing to enjoy the lake and listen to the frogs at night. We watched the bluegill swimming around by the shelter at the waters edge. Went in to starkville and ate dinner at Oby's our last evening at the cabin. It is definitely a place so go and stay if you don't want to listen to other hotel guests being loud and you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature at its finest.
