Lock the door and let host know that you are checking out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must provide their names for registration. Post registration for any change, $50 per night/ additional Guest . 6 Adults inc a baby
Motorized Blinds:. If the remote is lost or damaged, a $100 replacement will be charged $50 extra charge after midnight check-in
Early check in / late check out - $60 Extra queen mattress - $60 . Note: A $60 fee will be charged for any missing chair or umbrella.

Geeta was a great host - she replied very quickly with any questions I had. The unit is very nice with beach views. Access to the beach is easy. There's a lot of cooking pans and dishes etc. There are a lot of places for people to sit - 8 chairs at the dining table in addition to the sofa/chaise and 2 large chairs. Very spacious rooms! The valet parking took a bit to get used to you just have to plan ahead for your car. We would definitely recommend this place for a family or a few couples.
