Bottom floor has private entrance with XL bedroom including 1 queen and 1 full size bed and a full bath. 1 reserved outdoor parking spot PLUS a 2 car garage with washer and dryer, beach chairs and boogey boards.
Middle floor has private bedroom with 1 queen bed, a full bathroom, nice kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony with a propane BBQ.
Top floor is a large Master bedroom suite that spans all of the 3rd floor. Has 1 Cal King bed, (ocean view from the bed), 1 twin bed, full bath with walk in tiled shower, large walk in closet and small balcony with ocean view along with a large balcony that has views of the ocean and the bay. Patio table and chairs for sunset viewing, relaxing and eating.
