TV FUL HAD 5 seater sofa, 1 private garage. Located at Av. Atlantica number 1512 to 200m from the beginning of Morro Beach. In the next block has bakery in the beach center 200m has supermarket, Banks, lottery house, pharmacy etc ... Guarapari Center 15 minutes walking. Meaipe 15 by car and quarry 5 minutes by car. Victoria Airport and downtown 40 minutes by car.
