This was fraud. We left after one day. Undisclosed house rule: YOU CAN'T FLUSH TOILET PAPER--WHAT??--Not mentioned in the description. We picked this place for water access and fishing. Neither are possible from the lot although the pictures make it look like you can. The pictures are so misleading. It makes you think you can see the water and have water access from your lot--you don't. You can't see the water from the cabin or lot until climbing a 6-7 foot hill that blocks your view. You can't get to the water on this lot because it's so overgrown. Complete bait and switch. There is a drawing in the pictures that makes it look like you have a long driveway and space, it was completely filled up by our car with no room at all. The blankets smelled moldy and musty, the top two steps to get to the bed creaked so loudly in the middle of the night that it woke everyone up. Description says 5 minutes to Gatlinburg, it was 30 at least.Communication with owner--TERRIBLE. We called and left a message through the app at 9pm when we got there and didn't hear anything back until 2:30 pm the next day. What if we had a problem getting in or it was flooded or whatever. Can't have almost 18 hours without a response. We were scheduled to be there 6 nights, we left after one. Asked for 1/2 our money back which we thought was reasonable and fair and got no communication back.

These guests were suppose to be teachers 😅 but I feel the listing pictures show how the property is, if you look at them you can easily see. Just to show they don’t understand what they read very well, VRBO puts the distances in automatically based on the address, it actually says 5 minutes to the National Park,,,, Gatlinburg is not the national park. One National Park entrance is 5 minutes away. And if you look at Ridley's Aquarium it says 37 minutes.
