About this property

Luxurious, family-friendly 3BR condo on the water

Be a guest at our clean, modern, super large 3 bedroom condo equipped with every possible amenity. Great accommodation for families with young children! The Moorings is located on a picturesque marina on the inter-coastal waterway.

The complex is ideally located roughly halfway between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. Be sure to visit!

The Moorings features 2 large pools and 2 hot tubs set within an immaculately maintained tropical garden oasis. Take advantage of complimentary valet parking, a fully equipped gym and a wine bar in the neighbouring building! We have recently installed new flooring and area rugs in our unit!

NOTE: Condo bylaws require a minimum 30 days rental (28 days if February). I try to rent based on calendar months.

- 3 Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds = 4 singles, 1 fold away bed
- Spacious main room: dinning room + living room + office
- 2 full bathrooms (master has 2 sinks)

Take advantage of our Guest Guide with all our favorite restaurants, things to do, shopping areas, etc.

Beaches
The closest, Lantana Beach, is about 1 mile from the condo. Lake Worth Beach is an 8 minute drive and Delray Beach is 20 minutes away.

Access to the entire complex including pools, hot tubs, gym, marina and parking garage.

I`m available at all times via text or email.

Lantana is ideally located 15 minutes from West Palm Beach, 25 minutes from Delray and 50 minutes from Fort Lauderdale.

Take a short walk to enjoy a cold beverage at the legendary Old Key Lime House tiki bar and restaurant located right on the water. Indulge yourself at South Florida`s best lobster restaurant, The Station House, all a short walk from the condo.

A TENANT FORM must be completed. Condo bylaws require all new tenants to complete a lengthy, multi-page document along with a lease, in advance so they can do a background check and be comfortable with the people visiting. I will help complete this form.

5 glorious weeks

This is our second time staying here and we truly enjoy it. We love the fact that we can cook and relax if we choose to stay in. It's kept very clean and is very conducive for two adult couples to share with privacy. The owner is great to deal with. He is very accommodating. We hope to return next season The Moorings is beautiful and in a perfect location for us.

Love the Moorings

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo at the Moorings in Lantana. It is centrally located to so many visitor sites for children and adults. The ocean, and golf are 10 minutes away. We love bike riding and rode along the intercoastal waterway to West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and several other beautiful areas with barely any traffic. Great restaurants close by. The Moorings’ landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. Two on property heated pools were great for children and adults. Valet parking was an option if someone was handicapped or needed assistance. The owner , Greg, was very responsive to any questions and quickly and pleasantly resolved any minor situations moving in. The beds were so comfortable. And plenty of amenities in the condo. We are definitely returning to this condo.
