This beautifully updated three-bedroom penthouse features a remodeled kitchen, an elegant master bath with a tiled walk-in shower, and a spacious balcony overlooking the Alabama Gulf Coast. Enjoy beachfront relaxation, resort amenities, and unforgettable sunsets from your 17th-floor retreat.





The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.



Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.



As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and charcoal grilling area located at the base of the condo tower. You'll also have access to the resort's on-site dining, shopping, and spa services, including the Clubhouse restaurant, full-service salon and spa, Village shops, and the sports bar & grill.



The owner is a Clubhouse member, which gives guests the option to purchase access to the private Clubhouse amenities on a daily basis. Fees are paid directly at the Clubhouse front desk, and you only pay for the days you choose to use them. Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and seasonal children's activities.



Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.

You’ll also find The Village Creamery, Village Mercantile, and the Village Lawn, where seasonal live music, food trucks, and classic games create a vibrant community atmosphere.



Guests can also explore walking paths, bike rentals, a children’s playground, and organized outdoor events, or venture just a few miles away to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge—a peaceful haven of natural beauty and Gulf Coast wildlife.

SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.
