Seabbatical

The house was very clean, accommodating for all of us with a well-appointed kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs, pool toys and a spacious seating area with outdoor grill. A great location and beautiful home for a beach vacation.

The home was beautiful and the staff were attentive to any questions we had or comments once we got on property. I was happy the place came with a golf cart to make it easy to get to the beach and back. It made it easier to carry stuff needed.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this home for our family trip! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a large family with multiple kids and adults. One of our favorite parts was the pool and golf cart being included — both were a HUGE hit and made getting around and enjoying the area even easier.We also loved how close the home was to the beach. The short distance and easy access made beach days so convenient, especially with kids and a large group.We really appreciated the family-friendly touches as well. Having baby items available like a bassinet high chair and playpen was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The top floors were great for the kids and had plenty of space for them to spread out and enjoy themselves. The arcade games were a fun bonus and kept everyone entertained.Overall, this home helped create amazing memories for our family vacation, and we’d definitely consider staying again. Thank you for hosting us!

What a week!!!

Spring break 2025 was incredible!! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need!! We had 19 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone! The 5 masters with king beds was so nice!! Plenty of towels, wonderful pool, easy walk to the beach, close to Pompano Joes for great food and drinks!! We LOVED it!! Thank you Alex and your team for the hospitality!!

Wonderful Family Memories Made!

Our family of 10 adults, 9 grandchildren recently enjoyed a 5-night stay. Upon arrival the house was very clean and we were welcomed with all lights turned on as well as every TV showing a beautiful underwater scene. What a nice touch to put us right away in the beach mood! The couples in our group appreciated the 5 bedrooms with king size beds and attached bathroom. And the grandkids shared lots of laughter in the bunk room! The air conditioning kept all 3 floors nicely cooled during the extreme heat wave. The pool was enjoyed by all and the 2 extra large umbrellas provided shade on each end of the pool. We received quick replies when we sent emails asking multiple questions prior to arrival as well as to a minor thing while we were there. The house sits on the end of a quiet street but our only regret was there were no sidewalks for those walking to the beach until reaching Scenic Gulf Drive. That made walking a bit risky so the 6-passenger golf cart was a big plus! Thank you Alex and team for helping our family make some wonderful memories!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was just a short walk from the beach—perfect for morning strolls, sunset views, and easy access without the crowds right outside your door. We loved the peaceful neighborhood vibe with the ocean just a few blocks away.The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with beachy charm. It had everything we needed—from comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen to extra towels and beach gear. We felt right at home the entire time.The host was outstanding—super responsive and thoughtful, with great recommendations for local spots. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome.Whether you're headed to the beach or just looking to relax in a quiet, coastal space, this place is a gem. We’d absolutely stay again!

Christmas Cheers!

We had a great time at Seabbatical! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate our large family! The kitchen was stocked so we could make Christmas cookies and many delicious dinners. The bunk/game room was awesome for all the cousins to stay together. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Located a couple blocks from a public beach access and restaurant. It was an easy walk or ride in the golf cart. We made many Christmas memories at Seabbatical and I highly recommend!
