A 3-4 minute drive to downtown Manchester, An 8 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 9 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
Visit the Ice Castles up North or enjoy a day of skiing at McIntyre Ski Area, Pats Peak Ski Area or Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy a day at Hampton Beach or take a trip to Portsmouth and explore the historic downtown area. Also a great location for commuters.

This was a great rental for us! The apartments were spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and all updated. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. It is clear the owners think about the needs and comfort of their guests! The stairs are a bit steep but it was fine for our group. We would definitely rent this place again!

Comfortable, clean, well kept place

We had a lovely stay and were very comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the key codes on the locks due to what we believe is a typo in the listing, but we figured it out. Definitely a nice place.

House was great size for us. Little confusing at first since 3 diff apartments and we rented 2nd and 3rd floor but property manager helped us. 3rd floor living area could use ac as was only room without. Overall beautiful home. Would stay here again.

MOB family retreat

Newly renovated, ,beautifully appointed, immaculately clean,, comfortable beds!Truly far beyond my expectations!Just know to access our unit requires climbing steep stairs so not appropriate for people with difficulty walking. Other than that it was pure perfection!
