Great space for family stocked with family fun games and spacious living areas!

In town for a softball tournament. This house was a great location to all the fields and a short drive into the mountains. We were able to enjoy multiple hikes during our down time! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

A few hiccups but overall good. The owner responsiveness to the misses we encountered upon arrival were handled very quickly and pleasantly! A A few notes for future renters- The outside is not as maintained as in the photos.The neighborhood is VERY sketchy, but luckily had no problems.***The hot tub was a great selling point for this listing & the reason we booked it. Unfortunately, there are so many rules for the hot tub and signs around the house with threats of MINIMUM 500 fines for anything going wrong that we were afraid to even use it & never did. Disappointing.In order to help future guests, here are some rules for the property that you find out after booking: Below are a few important reminder on our house rules—a quick read now saves any issues later:5HOT TUBThe tub is yours to enjoy, but you're responsible for any damage or contamination during your stay:• Please shower before and after use• Keep the scum absorber in the tub• No food, drinks, or smoking in or near the tubA 500 fee applies if the tub must be drained and refilled due to contamination (sand, dirt, grass, etc.). This is strictly enforced.6 NO SMOKING OR VAPING Strictly prohibited inside the home and within 25 ft of the property (per Colorado law). Any evidence of smoking results in additional cleaning fees.7 Respect Our Neighbors🤫 Please keep noise reasonable, observe quiet hours, and follow all house rules.Trash & recycling bins are by the driveway/street.

For future guests: all house rules, including the hot tub guidelines, are listed on the listing before booking. They're standard practices that keep the tub clean and safe for everyone, and fees are only applied in cases of clear negligence, like contamination that requires a full drain and refill. Guests who follow the basics enjoy the tub without any issue. The home is in a quiet, established residential neighborhood. It is close to Colfax and the urban sprawl of Denver, and we're confident future guests will feel comfortable there. We appreciate the feedback, but also feel it’s a tad harsh considering you agreed to the house rules prior to you booking.

Perfect Home to Entertain and Enjoy

Layout of home was perfect to entertain and for everyone to have their own space. Love the decor, amenities (so much to do), and big backyard. Host was very responsive. We had an amazing stay.

Great Place to Stay

Stayed 1 night for a concert in Denver with friends. The communication was great. Check in was super easy and the place was clean. One of our friends left a car key and the host was very helpful and communicative to find the key and get it sent back to us. We all appreciate the stay and the help after!

The house was spacious and decorated nicely. It had all of the amenities that you could possibly need. Communication with the host was easy and he was extremely accommodating. Great get away!

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Mile High Haven was great! The property had everything we needed and more. The pictures really don't do it justice, it's a beautiful place with nice upgrades and tastefully decorated! We really didn't have to leave the property if we didn't want to. Akio was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

Great location with awesome hosts.

The stay was great, and everything was as advertised! Only bummers were smoke alarms going off randomly, having to turn on a toilet water supply valve, and a weird stain on a bathroom rug when we arrived that we just washed. The house was perfect for my school students and other chaperone to have their own space! Plus the pool table, tvs, big kitchen, and backyard were all winners with the students. We cooked up some awesome meals and enjoyed they backyard space with fire pit! The location was awesome! Sloan Lake was shown close and a beautiful spot when we were not Downtown visiting and learning. All of Denver museums, zoos, art spaces, and food were all with 30 minutes which made traveling with upper middle school students a breeze! Especially after a busy day and we were all zonked out. The negatives for this stay were all easily fixable so please don't be hesitant to book this establishment! Plus the hosts were SUPER responsive and nice!
