Four Bedroom Beach House - Walk to Park and Beach

Welcome to your special piece of Isle of Palms.
Bonus- The house includes a daily set-up of two chairs and one umbrella to the beach access of your choice.

This 4-bedroom vacation cottage is newly updated and perfect to dip your toes into all the Isle of Palms has to offer.
Walk into the bright and airy open-floorplan and relax in designer couches and smart TVs.
Enjoy meals around the oversized kitchen island, breakfast table or dine alfresco at the large table on the large screened-in porch. Make sure to carve out nights to sit on the porch and listen to the waves crash 4 blocks away.

Four Bedrooms:
1. King bedroom (with private ensuite bathroom) : Comfortable Kind bed with white duvets, Smart TV, walk-in closet, large walk-in shower, double vanity, private entrance.
2. Queen bedroom (with private ensuite bathroom): Comfortable Queen bed with white duvet, Smart TV, large closet, desk, shower and single vanity.
3. Queen bunk rooms: Shared bathroom across the hall, Comfortable Queen with full bed on top, dresser and closet.
4. Two Twin bunk rooms: Shared bathroom across the hall, two twins, dresser and closet

The home is in an quiet and bright neighborhood, a mile from central Isle of Palms a short 4-block walk to the beach, and just a block from the playground and the other amenities at the IOP Recreation Center.

There is a grassy front yard and a fire pit in the back.

It is a beautiful property for family gatherings. It has a big kitchen and island and living room for family gatherings, as well as a furnished screened porch and yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

An upscale getaway for friends and family

The house was fantastic, completely updated, close to the rec center and a quick hop to the beach! Included rental chairs and umbrella on the beach was a fantastic touch, and we enjoyed grilling, relaxing on the screened porch, hanging out in the great room, and generally having a wonderful time. We’ll be back, and would wholeheartedly recommend!

Isle of Palms vacation

House was well furnished and a great location to beach and Isle of Palms. Plenty of space and screened in porch was a big plus. Owner responded promptly to questions and internet issues. Chairs and umbrella provided at beach were a very nice perk for the week. Would stay again in on future visits.

Incredible beach getaway

This house was the best - walkable to beach and park with a yard for kids to play and plenty of streets for bike riding. The house and furnishings were in perfect condition with extras to make the trip so easy. The kitchen had all you could want including coffee! The primary bedroom is like an oasis after a full day on the beach. The owner was immediately responsive and great about checking in. We will rent again!

A beach gem

This place is an absolute gem. Well-kept and convenient, with easy access to so many things to do in the area. We were a little hesitant because of the low quantity of reviews--we shouldn't have been. Everything was flawless, including communication with the host.Grocery store is within a mile, and just a few steps more are lots of good local restaurants and coffee. You can't go wrong here.

Perfect stay on IOP

As a family who has stayed on Isle of Palms severals times, this was our favorite place. It's well-done, charming and the location is great. The beds are very comfortable (very important for my wife). The house is cozy and has the island-vibe we were looking for. Host was really kind and accommodating and responded quickly when we had trouble figuring out the master tv (user error!). It's a quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach (or golf cart) and just around the corner from the playground and sports fields of the rec center.*Huge bonus- they include a complimentary set of beach chairs and umbrellas (IOP Beach Chair service) set up for you every day on the beach during your stay! HUGE plus, especially when traveling with kids!Really hope to stay here again next time!

Enjoyed! Would Stay Again

All in all, we would stay again! First thing, the host was very responsive and easy to work with. She answered our questions ahead of time, as well as a couple things during our stay. Offered to pop over if needed. We were a group of 60 year old friends that wanted a comfortable place to gather for our annual reunion. This place fit the bill! We were able to relax inside around the spacious kitchen island, in the living room area, and outside inside the screened in porch. There were a couple of chaise loungers outside in the sun as well.Nice and quiet area when sitting outside. As mentioned in another review, it took a bit to figure out the TV, but we managed. We used the kitchen mostly for coffee and one breakfast, along with having a personal chef come in to cook. The kitchen meets the basic needs, but it wouldn't be a kitchen for a group that plans to cook all their meals. It had basic cooking pots and pans and a set of dishes with eight place settings. No baking sheet or baking dishes. Bosch dishwasher, Wolfe cooktop. We didn't intend to cook so not an issue for us. If you have a large group 8-10 (we had 8), just note that you will be doubling down on beds. Comfy beds. For those wanting to go to the beach, it was nice that there were two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting on the beach for us. There were beach towels provided at the house. There is a shopping area nearby with a grocery store, coffee shops, subway, etc.
