I want to thank Rob for his responsiveness and desire to make our 10 week stay as smooth and trouble free as possible. The property was perfectly located in Stockbridge, just about a mile down the road from the Norman Rockwell museum, right between Lenox / Tanglewood and Great Barrington, and only 5 or 10 minutes to the Red Lion in Stockbridge center. The four bedroom three full bath home looks exactly as photographed, and was quite spacious, providing plenty of room for our guests who joined us over the summer. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything one could need. The furniture and living areas were comfortable and welcoming after our busy summer days. There are multiple quiet individual split air conditioning units in each bedroom and each of the common areas, making the home extremely comfortable even on the hottest days. Rob took care of our every need. Early on in our stay, the washing machine was not working correctly and, within 2 days, a new one was quickly purchased and installed. Similarly, when we suggested that the outdoor grill was not getting hot enough, he immediately replaced it, which is certainly a good thing for future guests.My only caveat is that you need to be ok navigating the steps. As the property is built on a hill, you must walk up a flight of steps from the basement to the main level and another flight up the upstairs BRs. (One BR is on the main level) Our only regret is having to leave at the summer.
