The unit was large, clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen was well stocked and as a family we cooked a lot of meals at the apartment.We will be back!
A modern well run 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths, housekeeping is similar to hotel level - left us with slippers, bathrobes (even child sized robe). A welcome bottle of wine in the kitchen upon arrival. Overall kitchen is well stocked. Showers have good water pressure. Unit is clean. The best thing about this building is undoubtedly the ski in ski out access, and with a boot room and ski valet at lower level. There’s a heated pool and hot tub at the same level. There’s also a small grocery store and strip mall within walking distance from this unit. One thing to note is that upon check in at viceroy front desk we were repeatedly told that since this is a VRBO unit, things such as Viceory concierge and hotel shuttle etc are NOT available to us.
We have three young kids and the apartment worked terrific for us. The location is very convenient with ski rentals downstairs, ski in and ski out access and easy access to the Snowmass village. The apartment was in good condition and the managing agents were very responsive.
Check in at the front desk was easy and as expected. The Viceroy staff was very attentive and helpful in unloading our car. The mandatory valet service is a blessing because the entrance circle is small and can be quite tight; glad we didn't need to handle navigating a busy parking garage. Car was ready within 15 minutes or so after calling from it. The kitchen sink has a view of the valet area so it was easy to see if the car was ready. The unit is gorgeous and beyond our expectations. The tall ceiling heights, heated bathroom floors, ample linens and indoor/outdoor windows were wonderful surprises. A view of the mountains can be seen from the master bedroom and living room. A great stay- we can't wait to come back!
