La Limonaia is a delightful apartment which has a ceiling with wooden beams , brick and a Tuscan terracotta floor.It has 1 bedroom (can add 1 more),1 bathroom,1 kitchen,livingroom with large sofa and one big equipped sunny terrace on the roof.It is on the ground floor.
From terrace you can have a beautiful view of the surrounding garden and the castle The ap. is full equipped with wifi free, air conditioning fridge, oven, microweve, hairdrayer, tv, coffemaker, cattle...The apartment is in a large property with park in naturale state with pond and secular trees. The visitor can choose among several areas for dining and relaxing outdoors.

Wonderful old world charm

The place was lovely and the villa is a beautiful work in progress. Loved the lemon house and being nestled in the wild garden. Nilo was a great host even though our Italian was terrible.

Idyllisch huisje op prachtig landgoed

De Limonaia is een heel idyllisch huisje, voorzien van alle comfort en heel praktisch ingericht. Rustig gelegen op landgoed met veel oude bomen en een groot 19e eeuws (?) landhuis. Op loopafstand van de voorzieningen in Fauglia (kleine supermarktjes, 2 pizzeria's en 1 restaurant). Zeer attente eigenaar. Een aanrader!
