Conveniently located near I-95, EverBank Stadium, UF Health and Proton Center and 30 minutes from the beach. This one-bedroom 850 SF home features a comfortable queen-sized four-poster bed, Jenny Lind twin bed, original fireplaces, front porch swing, modern kitchen, washer and dryer, bathrooms with all the essentials and a fenced in back yard.
