We were impressed by the quality of the home. It was clean, well stocked, high quality furniture and beds, and very cozy. We recommend it to any group staying in Breck! We would love to stay here again!

This lovely townhouse is wonderful! Spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and not too far from the Village and the Quicksilver chair! (10-15 minute walk). The beds & bedding are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and wii try to rent here again next season.

2024 Pre-Christmas Family Getaway

This is a nice property, very well maintained, cozy & cute. It is also the BEST stocked VRBO we've stayed in. Plenty of everything, paper towels, soap, etc. Highly recommend.

87 Maggie was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There was an abundance of paper products, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and cooking in, and everything (pots, pans, towels, and rags, etc.) was in excellent condition. The laundry machines were incredibly quiet and worked very well. The location was convenient for walking into town, so we didn't have the hassle of parking. The location was also convenient to drive to nearby trailheads, so we could hike and prepare for the 14'er we hiked at the end of the week. The only drawback of the location was that it was next to the roadway, which resulted in constant traffic noise especially because it was beautiful when we were there, and we had the windows open most of the time (and the windows face the roadway). But other than that, I would highly recommendation 87 Maggie.

Lovely lovely family haven in Breck

We had a wonderful 10 night stay here. The unit has absolutely everything you need--kitchen, linens, supplies - very generous. Extra points for super high quality bed linens. The open kitchen/living room is a beautiful spacious and inviting gathering place. The bedrooms are tucked away downstairs. Very clean. Easy 7 minute walk to the Breckenridge Brewery or-- for breakfast--to the Blue Moose. Can't say enough, we will be back.

The property is very well maintained and truly accommodating. My wife and I reserved this for a family vacation with our son, daughter and her husband, and our senior Yorkiepoo. The location is very walkable to downtown Breckenridge, as well as nearby hiking trails on both sides of the highway. The kitchen is well equipped. Be sure to check out all the drawers and cupboards! Lots of spare pillows and towels provided. The living room is well stocked with games. We had a fabulous four days and the weather was PERFECT.
