Property was maintained, very clean. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating but otherwise the property was in good condition and very clean.. check was a breeze, very easy to get in touch with the property manager and security at the gate was an added bonus for safety. I would definitely stay here again.

Short but worth it

Has soon had I booked my stay. I received an email which was extremely informative. This was my first time of numerous stays in Richmond, that it was easy breezy. The house was extremely clean, and I love the comfort feeling It gives. The attention to details, and the need of the clients is amazing. Everything that you may need and forgot would be waiting for you.. job well done..

What makes this property unique

This property is located in a family oriented environment. It is clean, serene, secured and quit. It's the perfect location for a couples getaway, special event celebration, girls trip, you name it!

We have lots of activities that you can partake in. You can choose to go for an early morning or late night stroll while enjoying the Palms and gardens. You can enjoy the infinity pool. There is a playground with a slid and a swing for the kids. Do you need something to get the heart rate pumping? We for you! Work up some sweat on the tennis or basketball court or a our gym (basketball and tennis equipment not included). If you prefer something less, there is ample space on the front patio to grab a yoga mat and get some exercise in.

We have an ATM, bar, supermarket, deli and pharmacy on location. There is even an EV charger if you have an electric vehicle.

All of this is located without stepping a foot off property.
