We had a great time for our family vacation. The pool was great and the outdoor space was very nice. Bedrooms were large and both bathrooms had good water pressure.

Great property, house exactly as described. Had an issue with the pool heating up but the weather was nice, not a major flaw. Some small minor scuffs/damages noted to host upon arrival and they acknowledged receipt to ensure we were not charged. Great communication, nice area, easy and close to a ton of places, parks, etc. would definitely book again.great host and access. Worth the stay. Our family loved it. Very clean and welcoming.

Everything was great and our family thoroughly enjoyed the place. Unfortunately due to weather we were unable to utilize the pool but everything else was a good experience!

We had a great stay at Palm Springs - Grandparents with two of our grandkids in the heat of a Texas summer. The pool made all the difference in the world! Nicely designed, well built, and very clean.The house is very tastefully decorated, furnished, and equipped. The game room is a blast! High quality pool table and 5 wall-mounted games. We especially enjoyed the large-size Connect-4 game.Very comfortable bedrooms, great mattresses. Nicely appointed bathrooms.Well-appointed kitchen: stove, oven, frig all good quality. Dishes, pots & pans all good.Good TV’s, sign in to your own streaming services. Very nice Bluetooth speaker to play your own music.The listing is very clear about all the road work going on in the neighborhood and it’s true, but we just turned up the music during their work hours and enjoyed the nice oasis that is Palm Springs!
